Oh boy. I’m undecided in the short term so a downvote. If this is legit and gets into the many hundreds management will have strong reason to be very concerned. It is utter chaos on the ground in my region, utter complete shambles. And most of the people in our teams have many options…
So far we are at 98 should we just assume there are no negative votes or do we need to do another poll to see how many people are leaving. Based on recent nutrition rates I would say 98 is very doable if not incredibly low. I would guess we are approaching as many people leaving as there were laid off in November.
Please vote , come on . if you find a better opportunity you better take it.
