@8cvb+1f5khNjK I think you're right. GE may offer one more SERO before the next contract, and then there will be a lot of carnage, and a new single tier pay system will go into affect, which won't be beneficial to the D rates.
I don't think so. GE wanted the T-Rates created for a reason and it wasn't so they could always get laid off and protect the D-Rates. There's something else brewing and it's getting GE closer to its long term goal.
More concessions and back door deals coming to a Schenectady campus near you. Bye bye crying unskilled T’s.
Schenectady already had a massive pay cut called the T Rates. Along with that there is no pension and high insurance plans for everyone.
Power will be the next Wabtec..be ready for this massive pay cuts.
Sorry Princess, but the new Energy Company will be headquartered in ATL.
Sorry Schenectady is going to the new Power Company. Not sure they will layoff people over there. Good Luck.
ge is a bankrupt shell of a company being propped up by government contracts.
All that work is coming to Wilmington. Confirmed.
1ccq+1f5khNjK- not true Schenectady jobs are safe I was told by management and my union rep. I was told to keep working hard and out work everyone else.
GE Aviation will be the only part of GE after the split with any long term potential of growing.
@cuo+1f5khNjK-Do you mean that your more unskilled than me? Well I will say so long pension if I’m here
@dgg+1f5khNjK. I'll be the one turning off the lights after you're on the street.
My job is safe and secure in Schenectady. Well is your?
Share the wealth before the split!
When did Schnectady become an Aviation facility? Nothing in Power is safe!!
