They do realize that we physically can't be in five places at the same time, right? That's what's been expected of us in the last few months. I know there's a labor shortage but ffs, find a way to get some warm bodies in here. We've been tempted to just walk out on several occasions. Who knows, one of these days we just might. I need a job, but I don't need it this badly.

I would get out and get out now. If you think It was bad in 2021 wait until 2022 when all of these changes take place. They want you to sell, sign, clean the fitting rooms, take markdowns, change displays, one of the jobs posted mentions paint I guess for visual, place merchandise, and on and on. This simply goes to show how out of touch management really is with the everyday business/store operations.
