What next after CXS changes?

Why does VMware have so many org changes with no time to see if they work?

What CXS org changes? Did the finally get rid of the folks behind the S360 failure?

Sum1t has no clue and is not a leader. Hopefully he gets a C-level job somewhere else and goes away.

There is a stunning level of incompetence at the top of the CXS org, and then they went and promoted one of the worst id--ts to president of the entire company! The field sales and engineering people are shocked at how horrible the CXS and S360 processes are. Everything from selling the stuff to onboarding a new customer is a total dumpster fire.

The org changes allow incompetent cronies to be rewarded with promotions and more responsibility. See the thread about giving the people resopnsible for the recalled producing getting promotions and more power.

VMW has so many org changes because it’s a leaderless company. The executive chain makes it up as they go.
