Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Shouldn't it be a take over at $155?

Don't most buyouts go for a percent above??

Citrix should have been at $140 plus with out Elliot and Bob.. Obviously the Sub growth of 50% is all possitive so why would we as share holders accept anything less then $140 plus premium..

Elliot broke citrix's back, CEO is sc-m and ELT is missing.

Classic, textbook PE takeunder in process.

Hire exec insiders, destroy shareholder market value. Cashout execs at premium to buy SEC silence.

Saddle remaining shell entity with mountains of debt. Sell off any valuable pieces.

Reduce cost structure with round after round of high cost structure employee layoffs.

Wait for equity markets to thaw. Final insider cashout by relisting remaining pieces as Citibco Group.

elliott bought Dell Software, which was mostly SonicWall and Quest.
"Dell sells its software group, including SonicWALL and Quest Software, to private equity firm Francisco Partners and Elliott Management Corporation."

Doesn't Elliot also own Dell? Conflict of interest anyone?
