Read about Amazon economists driving major company-wide impact but not sure there’s a lot of burnout at the end of the day. Unfortunate only Ph.D.s are considered. Wish Amazon would give serious consideration to Master’s + experience. Oh well.

Ph.D.=piled high and deep. Need a doctorate to apply the principles of Frederick Winslow Taylor and Clayton Christensen to f*** over workers. It's a special skill.
