Got a new job offer, won’t be for a month or so. How should I morally use 200+ sick hours?

They are yours. Use them. There is nothing immoral or unethical about that.
I think you can take a short-term leave of absence up to 3 monthsAnd I thank you can use your sick time for this .
Call out for 10 days right away with cough, feeling tired etc. They'll think you have Covid.
There is no moral way unless you are sick. Period.
Go to your doctor and complain of stress and anxiety due to work at Lowes. Get her/him to write you out for 30-45 days. Use your sick time to get paid.
Take care of numero uno. Sc--w what your mgrs say..they are not your friends.
I would morally use them 8 at a time, until they're gone! Ask yourself how much Lowe's cares about you, and you'll have your answer. They'd take the hours from you if they could.
After 13 years I left Lowes with four weeks notice and left over 200 hours of sick time on the table biggest mistake I ever made use every minute Lowes doesn’t give a sh-t
Agreed, morally sh*t! You earned em, take em.
Use as many as you can. If you were looking for a moral employer, you should never have started at Lowes.
