Is this 36720 count something anyone can see or only some people? Could you point me where to look?
They aren't going to start looking to hire new people until after the SLA fines become noticeable.
Fiserv has not filed many WARN act layoff notices.
With all of the talent leaving and going to do many competitors, Frankserv will have a tough few years because if the brain drain. He obviously doesn't care because we won't have the staff to deconvert the clients in the time frames they would like and he probably hopes he can suck them in to another renewal.
