This is happening in every industry..haven’t you seen this period is called “the great resignation”, if you want to stay now is the time to ask for a raise and if not now is a great time to find work elsewhere

They are. New hires are being offered several dollars an hour more than long time employees so the years and experience are saying F this and bailing. Jeff got his $10m bonus but the people actually doing the work and making the company money get a cr---y 3% focal point and no raises or promotions.

I left not too long ago. Will never step back inside. Full of old grumpy middle age staff in the Singapore office. Sadly, they won't be able to find another job elsewhere.

If anyone from Singapore reading this, I will suggest doing your research before joining. Halliburton Singapore hires quickly but terminates you even faster regardless of performance when times are bad. Especially that Sperry Technology and Wireline group. The management, especially HY poor leaders, relying on politics and boot licking.
