Click the former employee link, takes you to log in page. Enter employee number and password temp#### (word temp with last four of social security number ).

You chose paperless W2 when you onboarded.
Slightly OT, but as a former employee, I cannot get into Insite. The "Former Colleague Sign In" button just takes me to the regular sign-in page and then I get an error message when I try using my old employee ID. I've tried calling HR but I can never get through, even when holding on for 2 hours.
Anyone else have this problem?
Leave it to this s#!t company to not send out paper W2s to former employees like EVERY OTHER COMPANY does. I hate Macy’s so much. Glad after this tax season I’ll never have to deal with them again.
