Lol I just put some BS about how I met objectives and have a renewed focus to tackle ones I didn’t meet. I really don’t think that factors into your bonus. Your manager is only given X amount to spread around so if they like you and you work hard, the review doesn’t matter as much.

Well it's all about ticking boxes you see, so pad it out with plenty of positivity, and always overstate your contribution.
Never write a truthful PR, even if it is an honest assessment of your situation.
If you do, your Boss will not approve it, and its back to the drawing board for you Buddy Boy...or Girl.
In this situation, BS is your one and only Friend, and don't forget to brush up on your management speak to pad things out.

also make sure you point out that you made totally meaningless PowerPoint Presentations, ki$$ed a lot of assets and laughed @ the Injuns in leadership roles, only behind their backs....
