Definitely not. Leadership has no vision. Engineering leaders don’t know wireless. No roadmap for
wired. Good engineers have left. It is a sinking ship.

Ruckus has suffered from having gone through too many acquisitions. While there are still some good people left, overall too many have left and the institutional memory has been lost. It seems likely Ruckus will continue on a downward spiral as part of CommScope. So unless you don't have any other options and are currently unemployed, now is not a good time to join Ruckus. Keep looking. It is still a jobseekers market and you should be able to find something better reasonably quickly.

Yeah, during last quarter, they missed earnings almost -5 percent.
They missed EPs but over -25 percent.
