So if non union folks are wfh Wed/Fri... who are the unionized folks, who don't get flexwork, going to be 'collaborating' with?

Trust me, for some union staff this will be like Christmas.
For some, they can bully and intimidate fellow coworkers freely with no worry, not that they worry anyway.

You could replace most of the office based unionized employees with house plants and it wouldn’t make a dent in productivity.

Most union employees are task based employees. Not to say that the non-union employees in this company are known for their world shaking ideas but the union employees that I work around aren’t collaborating think tanks…they do their work and go home.
So what exactly is the point of the post from the OP? Want to work from home a few days a week? Most union employees are field based. That’s going to be a big ask.

Sounds like something you should take up with your union.

Managers aren't union, they will be at home too. Sooo come in to work to be alone in a cubicle with no supervision. Definitely a good idea to require this, for the collaboration and face to face interactions with.. the cleaners?
