Shell prides itself on safety, but Chevron has proven it cares more about its employees than Shell does.
I don't have anything against going into the office, but my manager wants his team to go into a meeting room for our monthly staff meeting. He likes to see his team "all together"...in fact, we are REQUIRED to attend. If they are not going to let us work from home until the omincron peak is over in late January, they should at least ban the use of the meeting rooms until the peak is over.
I'll just fake an illness and call in sick on our stazff meeting days because I am not going to get COVID just because my boss wants to see his whole team in person altogether.
