Although we are terribly understaffed, I think more and more that the company is not making any effort to attract talent, and in addition to that it is doing its best to drive away the remaining employees who are doing work for several people. Why would anyone stay here if it is clear that this company does not want them? I am pretty convinced that it has never been easier to find a new job and I do not intend to wait for them to show me the door. I don't want to simply continue to endure increasing pressure until the final burnout.

Why on earth would CVS WANT people to leave? Do you know how much it costs to attract talent, onboard and train? Not to mention the sign on bonuses being offered and higher rates paid to new employees. From a financial perspective it makes no sense.
Finally, someone sees the light !
Pretty soon CVS will not need most of their staff and why pay unemployment when you can get them to quit....it's all about PR and profit !!!
Does anyone know of a good company that is hiring?
