I've enjoyed working here despite the layoffs that have been increasing in frequency, but since I got a new manager six months ago things have turned sour. I've been doing the same job for more than two years but he feels the need to micromanage my every move. That's not helping get the job done faster, quite the opposite. Getting him to see reason has not worked so far, and for the first time since I joined, I'm considering leaving. Why would they ruin something that has worked perfectly for years?

The folks who read the tea leaves ( random numbers ) are thought of as brilliant and they themselves as gods. Don't stay any longer is my advice. Gone 4 years and never looked back.
