I unfortunately tested positive for Covid right after the Christmas holiday...I tested with an at home rapid test.
Hr is taking a while to contact me, can anybody tell me the process?

That is what happens when you layoff the HR professionals over the last few years to save a buck.
It is now coming back to hit you in the face.

I know so many people in my store who have/had Covid but we never received the email or text informing us that someone in the store has covid. I don’t think they care anymore.
That HR services is back logged due to a lack of personel is unfair to the employees. Intentionally understaffed in every area of the business. I don't know one instance where a company has been successful running with a bare bones staff.
It is going to take a while. They are back logged with cases.
