To "I don't think they realize that they need to pay more to keep people." if you don't like it then LEAVE, your not a slave. We don't want you unless your working to help yourself and the company grow
I wouldn't be too worried about Cox. There seems to be one or two people in this board projecting the same message over and over again. I don't know what kind of level worker they are, but Cox as a whole is doing well and will be changing to adjust to the market. If you're in a dying product or service that no longer has a need in the market then you better start looking. There are so many great job opportunities out there right now
@anzc+1ew8EL4V I also think Cox is pretty good. I was answering someone else saying that Cox Auto is a "sinking ship".. Don't think that is quite true, but things are changing. Autotrader & other brands have always had a love/hate relationship with dealers.
Just wondering what are Cox's main products and way forward are..
@7vdv+1ew8EL4V your nuts, everyone I know at COX's thinks the company is good. Giving $1,000 to help with costs from working from home. Pay increases every year, bonus. Reward points that other workers can give you and you can buy cool stuff with it. Managers who care.
Where / what do you do at the company that you are so negative about it? Are you a loser that is not good at your position and blame the company because you can/'t advance?

Hasn't that always been the case with the products and companies they represent? Autotrader probably has the most love/hate relationships with dealers, but always finds a way to stick around and thrive (not grow like 2010-2015). Cox also seems to be setting themselves up for the future with the acquisitions and strategies related to utilizing Manheim as a "dealership" or "repair shop" for OEMs, EV companies, etc..

I don't think they will lay off anyone. They are severely understaffed both inside and outside operations. There are lots of resignations going on. The pay is horrible. In & out and other fast food places are paying employees better wages. I don't think they realize that they need to pay more to keep people.
Have they done layoffs in Jan before? I remember a lot in the summer and fall the last few years
I'm always worried around this time...
