Do we think any store closures will be happening in 2022 or 2023? FLS seems to be doing okay at best, however with the majority of online sales coming online and the company bring dr-g down by Nordstrom rack, what are the odds?

Too bad the company is not very transparent about when its leasing ends. My store should have been remodeled years ago. A lot of people left and managers don’t seem to care. It makes me wonder they’re gonna close it for good.
Many store leases expire in 2023-2024. That’s when I could see the next wave of closures.
