Gone are the days when those at the top actually worked for the benefit of this company, its growth, progress etc. Now there is no more of that. It is absolutely demotivating for the rest of us when we know that they are not working hard for this company. They only care about themselves. Then why should employees bother working hard for Frontier? No good reason at all.

For our customers and your coworkers. Its not their fault our leadership is awful.
