Should I honor sick time during a holiday week. Scheduled for 40 and only worked because of a call out and they got holiday that equaled 40 hrs. Nit to mention they're aboain in the a-s to deal with.

Also the employee should get holiday if he or she misses the shift before and after the holiday. It can be removed in workbrain.
Hr policy says sick time should not be paid in excess of 40 hours. Store resources has a copy of the full policy if you would like to see it.
