Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

MCB sold all her stock

Over the last 3-4 months MCB (dragon lady) sold every bit of BKR stock she owns. I checked, double checked, and triple checked. She has gotten rid of it all. What does she know? Is the stock going down soon or is she planning to exit? Something is up

Strange thing here is that senior execs in most big companies have to keep x amount of shares relative to their salary. Often 3 times. Selling them all in this pretty rapid dump to me would indicate the is leaving the company.

Dang, so 12000 shares were sold in October, and MCB had over 68000 shares at the end of August according to Yahoo. That’s a lot of stock to shift during the buy back. Still, fake it till you make it I guess!

Will the food station also serve some stin_y cur_y? Then the ROI will be greater than what she currently produces here.

Sources close to her have said she has sold all of her stocks in BKR to pursue another dream.

She is setting up a small food station that will serve arepas, cachitos, bollo pelón, pan de jamón, pabellón criollo (her moms recipe), and Hamburgers.

Is anyone wondering what the 4th quarter is going to look like now? How about the earnings call that is being prepared right now?

The glass half full theory would state that she is anticipating a huge bonus and cashing out to pay taxes and as an extra bonus get out before the next crash!

This is more of the rats jumping ship. She’ll keep her big a-s salary but she’s selling her stock because she knows it’s a sinking ship. Good for her. She’s evil but not as d-mb as I thought.

That’s actually very odd. I can’t think of any other time someone in her position wouldn’t have quite a bit of stock. She shows 0 shares to her name. She either has a cash flow problem (she’s outliving her huge salary and cash bonus) or she doesn’t believe in the future of the company.

She probably realizes she's surrounded by id--ts, including herself. If you had no clue how to do your job, why bet on yourself
