I'm not sure what's the worst thing about working at TD lately. Is it the terrible leadership, insulting pay, or the complete lack of appreciation? Maybe it's the awful communication, lack of career advancement, or no accountability, especially when it comes to management? It could also be the fact that we're expected to fix everyone's mistakes but never get recognized or rewarded for it. There's so much to choose from...

So why don't you leave? Rather than whining like a little girl get out there and find another role. No one likes cry babies when they only have themselves to blame.
Change!!!! Look for new work. Lots of jobs in the market currently.
So leave. You’re not an indentured servant.
The worst part of working is knowing that at any time, your position could be eliminated to save money. Then the company continues to hire execs who do not deliver and pays them outrageous salaries and bonuses.
