Because fios is not available everywhere. Which is why Altice doesn't give a rats a-s about customer service because they'll retain customers just off of necessity. Verizon doesn't have the best customer service either but it's way better than Altice which says a lot. Their service also works well and their equipment doesn't fail on a regular basis so you wont have to deal with their customer support anyway. Altice is not a dog with fleas, it's bloated road ki-l that's been baking in the sun for 2 weeks on the side of 287.
First has fleas as well, knucklehead....
