Nobody is getting fired for attendance. We have guys in my location that have pushed it past 28 on second offense and we’re threatening but not fired. Being told by our union reps absolutely do not sign for first or second offense. Law boards are throwing out every attendance dismissal due to the outrageous availability policy. I’ve seen several at my terminal get fired only to get back with full back pay. You can’t say someone is part time when they are working over 40 hrs a week.
