Secret to success at Baker

I’ve figured out the secret to doing well at Baker. Do the bare minimum. Seriously, I’ve been slacking off for a year. Doing that absolutely least amount of work I can get away with and the work I do is trash. My manager just left now I’m getting promoted. More money, easier job, all I have to do is manage other people doing the bare minimum and wait for my new manager to leave. Hahahaha. HR actually said how great I am and how much they appreciate me. Total id--ts, I’ve done f**k all for a year and they’re happy.

PS this isn’t a joke. I literally haven’t put in an effort and I got promoted.

You must work in chemicals or your breath must wreak of genitals.

Or both

Is this why BH went down the toilet. You promote deadwood and get rid of the talent, yep, that’s the secret to success all right.

That’s how most of the “big wigs” made it to where they are now. Just wait for the guy in front to leave, die, retire and take their spot. Nothing to do with actual competence.
