What did I win? A 1.5% raise again for the third straight year? That's if the new changes doesnt eliminate my job completely.
Judging from the opinion poll that went out they plan on sucking it from the field. Either lose you medical savings, lower your bonus or lose your company 401 k match. The choice is yours! Hmmm doesn’t sound much like what anyone would choose at all if you ask me! C’mon Kellogg if your gonna sc--w us. Maybe don’t ask us to be the ones who chose how. It’s insulting and deplorable!
