How come we don’t get a Christmas bonus??? We should get at least $100 or even some Macy’s money. Instead we get nothing and managers get loads of macy’s money for making credit and the store manager & co get a bonus for making sales and credit while we get a whole $2 off $4 macy’s money omg 🤣.

BONUS....HUMBUG!!!!!!!! I expect you will want all of Christmas day off as well? Here's your bonus work until at least 6:00 pm Christmas eve, take Christmas off but be in all the earlier the next day making sure the store is straightened customers are tended to, phones answered and start prepping for inventory and oh yes get ready for the corporate game of spin the wheel of store closings..............

Um no,.. managers dont get "loads" of Macy's money for loyalty. IF the store makes it, we get $50 in Macy's Money for the QUARTER. That works out to $3.80 a WEEK average. The MIC gets $100 and that averages to $7.70 a week. Yeah, we gettin' rich on MM! Lol
The Christmas bonus only goes to the JG and his top lieutenants. You all should know that is how Macy’s operates. The rich get richer by taking from the poor.
I already get paid $15 an hour cuz that’s the minimum wage on my state but the cost of living is high here. So I would like a Xmas bonus, the 6.40 hours they pay you for Christmas Day is nothing. Would love a bonus especially after the difficult season we had this year.
On May 2022 new and current employees will earn $15/hour.
