Bonus are gone and variable dividends are the only money left to be gained. So long the days of work hard, get paid good!
You get the same bonus as any investor, some more than others.
Just enjoy our target bonus and spot on the flat org chart and quit trying to have ambition, hope or self respect. But the free lunch is nice.
