Well did anybody take it or did they leave it? Sounded voluntary to me.. what’s the union saying. What were the facts with this if any? I suggest taking it . Best thing they ever did was pay me

Slow down the contractors and give in-house techs more work. This way it looks like they are not using contractors. At that point, they can lay off as many as they see fit. one, two maybe three.....throw the excess on in-house for a bit so it JUST about makes sense without contractors or without the increase of contractors.

The company already used contractor labor to cause layoffs in NJ. That's the reason all members were reinstated. Charge is on the nlrb site. Doubt they would make the same mistake twice.
remember, they will negotiate in good faith....doesnt mean they have to come to terms. also remember all you card holders.....company can be ran as they see fit. You ARE NOT safe!
