Slow down the contractors and give in-house techs more work. This way it looks like they are not using contractors. At that point, they can lay off as many as they see fit. one, two maybe three.....throw the excess on in-house for a bit so it JUST about makes sense without contractors or without the increase of contractors.

You card thumpers really are blind.

The company already used contractor labor to cause layoffs in NJ. That's the reason all members were reinstated. Charge is on the nlrb site. Doubt they would make the same mistake twice.
