This lady needs to go , tired of bullying and not standing up to the team . Recently fired an employee who filed ethical compliance issue against their boss .
She was directly involved in making the decision.

Left several years ago after they brought in management from Cisco and other places, thought Salesforce monitoring was how they do account management (instead of meeting with customers), and brow beat any TD employee that was there for years and was responsible for prior success. Interestingly enough, none of them are left anymore - I guess selling routers was different than winning the hearts and minds around enterprise data management. Aware of legal challenges that were brought against them and successfully won. TD lost its compass years ago - sorry to see how this story has come about.
Hmm ... not the only manager / senior "leader" who bullies. It's what happens when you are clueless about the fundamentals of the product, market, and business - you start "throwing your weight around" to let people know who's really in charge. Everyone ... and I mean EVERYONE from Director on up should be fired immediately! And while you're at it, the Board should go too.
Former employee here - yep, sounds like TD hasn't changed a bit. Filed against a co-worker with HR and Ethics, had plenty of proof and was 'laid off' for it. Good times.
It was terrible what they did to get that employee fired. I’m ashamed of those who pushed her out.
That may be but it's definitely worse at some companies and KCC seems hellbent on making TD a leader in the race to the bottom.
TBH that's rather a global phenomenon.
That's the irony of Teradata. Supports wokeness but quashes dissent. Symptomatic of a human resource head of a failed company.
