Most all of it now goes to your boss. Have a "friend" in HR or your boss pull a bonus chart for mid and upper level executives and see how how much they get. You would be shocked and wanting to leave.
If you're an a worker bee, I can definitely tell you your supervisor is make 1/2 your pay in bonus and their boss is making your annual pay in bonuses alone, not counting stock. This makes me sick to think that people with no knowledge of the business is making a ki----g while the true heart of the company is left out in the cold.
Remember flat doesn"t mean flat pay levels, it just means flat pay until, of if, you finally make into the realm of the elite at PXD
