Damn, I was excited for an interview, but I've read some of the suggested posts on Thoma Bravo and it sounds like, if hired, I would be leaving one abusive relationship for another.

Any time you read nickname of Vulture Capitalist in reference to a company it says something. Based on the brief research my wife did today she concluded Toma would push for offshore, not hire US backfills when people leave and make lots of empty promises of equity to try to retain people before they can outsource which they never make good on.
