While this is true of many large companies, I don’t believe there are many large companies that are more disorganized and dysfunctional than this one. That’s my opinion, but perhaps someone disagrees that this is a disorganized company?

The solution for disorganization is re-organization.
I've seen that movie - including every sequel - and know how it ends.
Of all of the adjectives I could use to describe Oxy, "disorganized" is not one that jumps out.

All the examples, facts, terrible business decisions that have been discussed on here and people like @1jaq+1eoGW1ZG continue to post this ignorant question every single time. Ask the guy who has listed several dozen examples based on fact, lawsuits, business train wrecks that Oxy have done. I believe you people throw a tantrum every time and call him a troll.

Welcome to the Oxy world. It is a very interesting and rewarding place to work. Organizations like Oxy are very flexible and can therefore fast track the business decision process. If you fit in there is significant opportunity.
