I'm surprised that attrition seems to have slowed down lately, when in most of the companies people are leaving in higher numbers than ever (I guess everybody is trying to take advantage of the current job market). I wonder what's keeping everybody here, since this is far from the perfect workplace. I'm among those looking, but in my team I seem to be the only one. What am I missing here?

There are a ton of people at Conduent that don’t actually do anything. If I got paid to do nothing, I would not be looking to leave either. If you are looking to leave, it is because you are probably one of the few working.
