Some managers at GD crack me up. They seem so shocked and surprised whenever somebody gives them their notice. They truly don't see it coming. Despite knowing employees are overworked and not paid enough for it, despite treating them like cr-p all the time, despite providing no advancement opportunities, they're still absolutely shocked when people decide to leave for greener pasture. How clueless do you have to be for that?
