Seems it’s every GD year they decide it’s time to lay ppl off and close branches during holidays! It would be awesome if they let management, sales reps, project coordinator, etc some heads-up but this is just how they roll. Oh but wait, there’s more, let’s shut down all products but 4 out of 6-8 of what we used to install! I shouldn’t be surprised, it’s the way they do their dirt. Please forgive me that I have no links to back this up, I can’t find any, only going off Town Halls they seem to be having every other day. For everyone that has not received that phone call, congratulations to you!

They are closing branches, letting go a lot of management, project coordinators, and sales reps. The first round of those layoffs happened last Friday. Those still working were to be notified today if they were going to keep you long enough to get each districts backlog completed and you were fired after. Those that still have a job will get the phone call that you still have a job even after districts were cleaned up. It’s not just the store’s feeling the “I’m just just a number” it’s across the board. They are cleaning house again and so many ppl don’t even know it until you’re called to let you know.
