working at macy's is being in a constant state of stress which never ends.
Exhausted and worn out to the point you do not if your coming or going anymore and this is what the corporates want from us>? its like we are in a war zone and in constant fear of everything and everyone where we begin to loose all sense of self and become rats in a cage

No this is all the time at Macys not just xmas
This is par for the course. Christmas time is always like this in retail. It will be over soon.
It is very stressful to work at Macy’s. Tomorrow in my dept. one person works 7:30-4:00 and I work 2:00-11:00. Really, on a Sunday we are open 8:00-11:00. The mall closes at 7:00 tomorrow and that is one hour over their usually close at 6:00. We should open at the earliest 10:00 and close at the latest 9:00.
