I’ve changed a few companies and this is certainly the place where I’m the least busy. I have no reason to be a cheerleader of this company, I just want to be realistic and fair. People exaggerate a bit with complains about overload, right?

No! My boss is actually trying to make me work 5 hours a day! My boss is trying to make me meet deadline when no one in the company has ever met a deadline! My boss actually woke me up while I was sleeping at my desk and asked me to get back to work! These are not GA working conditions- I should be allowed to sleep at my desk as I have always done! HR is going to hear about this new boss trying to change GA culture!
