Tri-Monthly Bonuses instead of Commission

So starting next year they’re talking about giving employees, a “3 Month Bonus”, instead of monthly commissions. They’re going to be making it impossible for one to stay.

Who cares? We've barely crested 50% of quota every month for a year. And every month managers and HR promising theyre going to adjust quota. Its a joke

It called getting your tenured representatives OUT!! With No Severance!!! Its so Damm Sad!! They can't even retain employees and new Hires are walking out . They get all buttered up.... and when they shadow reps...they realize how bad it is and walk out. Verizon has become the Arm pit of the Wireless industry!

They really need to look up the definition of team because as the more individual reports and metrics keep coming out as 1.0 Verizon keeps seeping back into the mix, the only thing that is "team" is going to be the terrible RIS team commission check you earn at the end of the month; and the fact that you all work in the same building. Why does this company always try to reinvent the wheel and always with worse ideas. There isn't going to be a team if everyone is sharking for sales as an individual to make a quarterly bonus. It's obvious at this point that their goal is to try to tune the needle to incentivize people just enough to actually try but not to much to actually have to compensate. They can't even get a monthly quota right, why on earth would they try to even consider trying. They or whom ever is behind this is far too stubborn and hardheaded to just admit defeat. Either bring back individual commission, or just ditch the surveys and pay the team more on sales. I will give you that one for free.

Hmmmm..... 1st it's called a "Quarterly Bonus" and it is on top of current monthly team commission to incentivize individual sales performance. Max payout $750 plus an additional PTO day.
