I think everyone is pretty demotivated and the morale has really never been worse. I don't know what demotivates me more, my clueless manager who is a rather irrational person or our leadership which I think doesn't have any concrete plan or vision for the future.

My BF's hands up my dress at work all day. Oh wait, sorry I am dyslexic and read the question as what motivates me most at BH.
“What demotivates you the most at BH?”
I was never motivated to begin with. Beyond that, all I can really say is that my manager (a GE holdover) was a joke.
Terrible leadership. Too many just talking nonsense, but still gets promoted. Decency left. It feels like the company died and the vultures took over.

People who know how to make great stories to make them looks good will get better rewards. Management liked those guys.
I am demotivated by the fact that the inmates are now running the ASSylum and the people at the top is the only ones getting any. Unlike in the old days when it was a free for all at Pound town (BKR)
HR runs the company.

Leaders are spineless, and they were selected because they are. No one confronts senior/executive leadership for fear of their own job. That’s a recipe for disaster.
The leadership team who devalue knowledge and discriminating the people who are knowledgeable in what they do. Their insecurities lead them to put more managers that are like them. This is what happens when you get a position by default and not really through hard work. You don't appreciate the hardworking and intelligent ones. You always find reasons like diversity and women empowerment to help you go up. You use these reasons in the wrong way and more often you show disrespect to the real meaning of these terms. By using these terms in this way, you actually put women and diversity in the lowest definition there could be.
Being forced to work 12 hour shifts dang near everyday , we are super behind , but the company refuses to hire more machinist, denying vacation, no raise , and our bonuses keep getting smaller , and the Christmas dinner sucked yesterday
Let’s go Baker!!
Disgust ... nah ... I come from Weatherford. Everyday I feel more at home.
I had a good friend fairly high up in the organization leave recently. When asked her why she summed it up perfectly, “these leaders don’t inspire me, they actually disgust me”
That sums it up pretty well.
