Did it get quiet here because the layoffs started or is it calm before the storm?
Many have talked about the big layoffs that could happen this month, but everything around me is still calm. I still haven't received a notice or heard from any of my colleagues.

Stop trying to find something that isn't there. if there was noise, you would here. No one can keep RIFs quiet at UHC. The cat is always out of the bag before they execute the layoff. Leaders can never keep it under wraps. Inevitably they tell their preferred employees their safe and then it's out.
