No backup or alternative method for all the customers who relied on the cloud? These are peoples paychecks getting creamed. Year end. Holidays. People counting on using their accumulated vacation.
And no backup? I expect to see a realignment in positions.

It's a disaster for non exempt employees at many companies and government jobs.
No apology either. Several weeks to fix. Backup or having a backup plan is basic. Companies outsourced this so it would be covered.
