I haven't believed in our management'a promises for a long time and I think that people who take their promises seriously can be counted on one hand. It is well known that no one at Apache trusts them anymore, but managers still continue to make promises.
Pathetic. Actually, frustrating.

Well your first mistake is believing anything they tell you. You are just a number. Get what you can until your number is up.
You sound like an employee
