I’m finally leaving because this has become a place that squeezes people to the max. I only feel sorry for the person who will come to replace me and do everything I did or even more, because that job and that work dynamics is bad for everyone's health. However, it will probably take a little longer until they fill the position because almost no one wants to work at Aldi anymore?

Everyone seems to be jumping ship.
Not all areas of the business are toxic, but there are certainly a few of them. I think it all comes down to how fast they have grown. There is not a lot of training of managers and the cracks are getting bigger. My hope is they can contain it.
