Vestas has just kicked out about 80 or 90 people, and told us all that it's "not a layoff". I beg to differ. We were not told an exact date, end of November they started communicating to individuals that they no longer were going to have a position to come back to in January. If you are a temp, then your last day is December 23rd. If you have no PTO, then it's the same thing.
