GEHC is still great, just different now as they navigate all the worlds business changes. Hang in there and do you job with integrity and forget all the noise of others.
Still a great company now and in the future after the split happens. Strive to always do your best and you will be rewarded. Worst case you will have some great experience and a better resume to move on with when the business world finds its balance again.

The GEHC Edison’s are taboo and for whatever reason cannot be touched (layed-off, let go etc). This dynamic continually breeds age discrimination into the GEHC workplace culture.

Hey it’s not like this is a great Company to work for anyway, just saying.

Haven't been to a townhall yet. Maybe get KC from H.R. involved and he can provide antigen tests before the festivities begin. In case they bring one my way, is the food and drink any good (open bar and sit down menu)? Or do they give you a couple of drink tickets for beer and wine only and serve cr---y hors d'oeuvres like pigs in a blanket?
On another note, can someone explain to me what all of these self-identification words and se-ual preference things mean on the inclusive survey? Old white married dude is how I want to be "seen", but I don't see it as a choice....
