They knew in 2014 that this was sinking. They loaded the recovery side with the debt to make the FIS more appealing and sellable.

The good, the bad, the ugly and the S V P of India are running the show now. The cowboy; however, want customers to pay 3% COVID tax. Customer first message replaced by ho------t.

In Q1 they will move the HQ to India maybe try another prepackaged chapter 11 out there.
The submarine running out of power.
SFDC will turn Red.

SGAS is likely being positioned to sell the most marketable divisions and locations. This is what owners do when they can’t fix a business that they really didn’t want in the first place.

Look at the trends of which people have left. First the folks who had an intuition of what is going to happen, then the folks who weren’t able to turn the top-line growth around, then the folks who objected to all the Hail Mary initiatives, then the people whose good ideas were ignored, then the folks who were not critical to the exit plan.

Glad I left when I did. The job market is pretty good, just need to be patient and persistent.

Either get your resume out there, gamble on being sold with a part of the business, or risk being the guy who turns off the lights.
