Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

What date qualifies you for getting VCP bonus payout?

How long do you have to be on the payroll to get the vcp bonus payout? What is the cutoff?

Also, will you get a full payout (say 8%) if your performance is at 100% the followed by the company performance % (which is prob in the cr----r)? Or would Citrix give you the minimum (say 1%) and your screwed?

There’s a way more of a 10% increase needed in pay to catch up with the market. I stayed at Citrix one year, aleft and went to another large SaaS organization and I’m making 2x of my package that I got at Citrix.

RSUs at the current stock price are worthless handcuffs they can hand out to keep dimwits from leaving

Agree. Espp is a win. Unless you Fucc it up and hold it. Take the 15% as soon as those shares enter your account. Don’t ever hold espp or rsu’s. Sell them and get other diversification in etf’s, mutual funds or btc

Is someone that has announced to leave the company during the upcoming months (e.g next January/February) eligible to get the VCIP bonus?
Anyone aware of the current policy?

How do you lose with ESPP...?

RSUs are worthless; investing in ESPP has cost me $ rather than increased my worth; Stup1d S#itrix. Give me my VCIP.

It would be a disaster if VCIP didn’t pay out due to whatever random formula they decide to adjust it to. RSUs are in the toilet so there is little to keep people anymore. This next comp cycle is critical for existing employees. 10% base pay increases to catch-up to the local market and huge RSU grants for retention while the stock is low. People will think twice about walking away from a huge pile of RSUs.

I would think is Dec 31st. The vcip is for the year. But as you, I wonder how would they do it. They usually pay them in Feb, but if you are already gone, I would think there is no need to push for maximum payout.

I believe this time leadership will hand over more RSUs than bonus payout. It’s important for Citrix to give RSU handsomely to good performers to improve morale. From financials perspective the devaluation of stocks that put a dent to the potential total compensation for most.

Without this, I think attrition will simply sky rocket. It’s already hitting 30% in my team.

A prorated amount. The question is - when does that prorated amount become 100% based on your time of service, regardless of performance?

I realize the vcp payout may be low, but at what date does it become - you get x%?

Seriously doubt vcip will be payed out this year.

In general, you will get your vcip or a prorated amount depending on the time in your vcip eligible position.
