Can’t blame him. He is saving his own 2m salary plus bonus lol…
SEMs don’t do anything. IBM is better staffed to fill that role. Let them go and save some reoccurring costs.

First he got all experienced people out
Next he got all 55+ fired
Then he layed of CSRs
Now he is going to bring SEMs into gutter in 2022
